Becoming a therapist was a natural progression of my 13-year journey in the counseling field. Having also been a School Counselor and Special Education Paraprofessional for over ten years, I confidently offer a unique therapeutic experience that extends far beyond what's typically learned in any graduate school program.
My combined background in the clinical and academic settings make for a diverse set of helping skills for individuals regardless of age, gender, ability, or ethnicity.
I offer a supportive therapeutic approach that focuses on processing the here-and-now but emphasizes the promise of your future. I am prepared to walk with you on the road towards healing. Therapy is centered on helping you relieve anxiety, recover from the paralyzing grip of grief and loss, and provide you with the tools to restore your relationships.
Due to ethical and professional conflicts of interest, I am unable to accept clients who are current students, family members, or employees of Granbery Elementary School.
